Sunday 17 December 2000:
Well - did you all see Interceptor back on our screens? No? Me neither. This information was sent by Lee Beckett - thanks Lee. Interceptor was featured on a Sky One's `Event of the week - TV years 1989`. The entire section lasted approximately two minutes with most of the opening titles and clips of a few different episodes. Hopefully it won't be the last time we ever see Interceptor on our screens, however just in case it is, make sure you watch Sky One on 28th December at 9:00pm when the show is repeated!!!!!

Site news: The Wye Valley episode guide is almost complete and will be uploaded soon. Just in case I'm not back again before Christmas though - Merry Christmas! Why not go and play Interceptor's Christmas message again? Go on - you know you want to! :)

Saturday 2 December 2000:
I've just uploaded a better version of the second desktop wallpaper.

Tuesday 28 November 2000:
The first of the desktop wallpapers are now available for download.

Monday 27 November 2000:
In preparation for the first of the desktop wallpapers, I've enhanced the downloads page to match the new Communications page. You'll hopefully find a link their shortly!

Sunday 26 November 2000:
Something that I started a while ago is now complete - I've transferred all of the old forum messages to the new site. In the process I've modified the design of the links on the Communications page. I will be publishing a series of desktop wallpapers - hopefully the first one will be up later today.

Sunday 19 November 2000:
Site production continues! I've added a little flash introduction to the site. Its designed for Flash 5 players but seems to work okay with at least Flash 4. If you do not have a shockwave player plugin for your browser, you will see the existing introduction screen.

Tuesday 8 August 2000:
New page navigation graphics (arrows) designed. Visible on most pages. The remaining pages will be completed tomorrow.

Monday 7 August 2000:
Commenced conversion of old forum messages.
Fixed broken news links above.

Sunday 6 August 2000:
Norfolk episode guide now complete - all pictures in place.
Font reformatting complete - now a constant style throughout.

Saturday 29 July 2000:
Two new pictures added to the Introduction pages.

Sunday 23 July 2000:
New picture added to the `Download` introduction page.

Wednesday 19 July 2000:
It was this very day eleven years ago that the first episode of Interceptor was broadcast - Wednesday July 19th 1989.
It appears that I've exceeded my bandwidth quote with the BBC where I host this site. I've therefore moved the old Interceptor site, all the audio clips and all the movie clips to a different server. It should all be pretty transparent to you, but if you notice a broken link or anything not working as it should, please let me know. Thanks. chris.hart@seanokane.com

Sunday 9 July 2000:
I've just published most of the Norfolk episode guide. I will add pictures to the last five pages over the next week.

Tuesday 4 July 2000:
I've now added all pictures to the Kent episode guide - it is now complete.

Monday 3 July 2000:
The Kent episode guide is almost complete. I just need to add six more images to the final three pages. Now that I have a design I am happy with for the episode guide pages, the other episodes should follow shortly.

Sunday 25 June 2000:
Audio clips are now available on the downloads page including two brand new ones.

Saturday 24 June 2000:
The original Interceptor site and the Sean O'Kane site have now both moved due to my impending change of ISP. The Sean O'Kane site can still be reached through www.seanokane.com. The old Interceptor site can be reached through the link on the main news page.
I've added all of the RealVideo movies to the Download page.

Wednesday 21 June 2000:
I've been making lots of changes over the last couple of weeks, not all of them are noticeable though. For example I've now converted this site to work with `cascading style sheets`. This allows me to define all the fonts in one place so that I can quickly and easily change the whole look of the site in the future if required. You may have noticed I'm now using a different font - Verdana. It looks a lot better than Arial and hopefully works okay on your particular browser. I've changed all the title graphics - I liked the original white ones, but think these look a touch better, perhaps a little more dynamic? I've also added a `loading` screen. It will work on all fourth generation browsers and above. I just thought it was a nice touch, particularly for the episode guide page which is the biggest page on the site because of all the different roll over images that have to be loaded before the page can even be displayed. Now that I'm nearing the completion of these structural changes, I can get back on with adding more content!

Sunday 14 May 2000:
I have now resolved the problem with the new domain name, so interceptors-lair.com is now active!
I've added two new sections - Site Information and Communications. Please take a look.
I've also imported all the news pages from the old site. I wanted to keep them as they tell the story of this site really and its development over the last few years. They are now of course searchable through the search engine above.
Finally, I've added a ticker tape style news scroller to the very first page, so it is worth bookmarking interceptors-lair.com to keep up to date. You never know, one day soon that news scroller may be used to announce forthcoming repeats of Interceptor or maybe even a new series?? Well we can hope! :o)

Tuesday 9 May 2000:
Yes I am still here. I registered a new domain name a couple of months ago - Interceptors-lair.com. Unfortunately, I'm having difficulties with the company I registered it with - all e-mail I've sent so far have not been answered. Basically they insist on having advertising placed on the site together with a popup window. I wouldn't mind, but I paid extra for the full webdiversion service to have the advertising removed! *sigh* Its kind of taken the shine off getting the new domain name, so if anyone knows anyone at UK2.NET, please give them a shove! Cheers! In the meantime I'll be adding a `frame buster` script to remove the advertising.

Sunday 13 February 2000:
Please keep an eye on the site information page to see what features are coming on-line. Also, don't forget that the new forum is up and running - please feel free to make lots of constructive criticism! :o)
I've spent more time today working on the episode guide - Kent is just about finished. All text is in place - just a few remaining pictures  and a title page and it will be complete.

Saturday 1 January 2000:
Its ten years to the day since the last episode of Interceptor was broadcast. A fitting time then to revamp
the videos that are available on this site. All videos are now in RealVideo format which allows me to
include much longer clips for the same or smaller file sizes. There is over fifteen minutes of Interceptor footage available for download. Have a look and let me know what you think. Happy new year!
