Wednesday 16 December 1998:
A new audio clip added - A special Christmas message from the Interceptor.

Saturday 12 December 1998:
Well I'm sitting here feeling pretty shell shocked, but very, VERY happy. You see, remember I told you all about my phone call from Sean O'Kane? I couldn't reveal exactly what it was all about because I didn't want to jeopardise it. Basically, Sean asked me how I went about getting all the pictures up on my site. For a moment I thought he was about to ask me to take them all down. But in fact, he wanted me to put more up!! The following bit is a little hazy from the first call because I was a bit shocked to be speaking to Sean O'Kane, but apparantly he has been asked a few times if he has a web site or if there is a place to go where people can view pictures of him in his various roles. So, I'm now about to start a brand new `official` Sean O'Kane site. It will to a certain degree be an advert for Sean, with agency contact details available etc, but it will be a great resource for fans too.

Sean told me that he had lots of pictures that he has kept from his previous job and a few things on video and would it be okay to come up to Nottingham to go through some!! *CHOKE* THAT is why I didn't want to say too much in case it didn't work out, but YES!!!! TODAY!! SEAN WAS HERE!! In fact he left about an hour ago. We spent a few hours going through a big pile of videos and making some clips to put up on the net, but he has also left a a pile of 100 pictures for me to scan.

Sean is an absolutely great guy in real life. He was just so friendly!! He reeled off loads and loads of
anecdotes (with some cool Interceptor revelations) and I could quite literally have just sat there and
listened to him talk for days and days. I realised as I watched his videos and looked through his pictures just how much he has achieved in the last 14 years. From stunts, to modelling, to movie star.

It was a very cool afternoon and I won't forget it! It doesn't stop there though. Everything he does from now on, he'll let me know about in advance and then send me pics or videos to include on the site. How cool is all that then? Its not every day you get to meet your hero!! :-)

On an Interceptor note, I have some excellent new pics from Sean which I will scan ASAP. I also have a few new movie clips where the Interceptor appeared on Children In Need, complete with black Maserati and also where Sean and Annabel appeared on TV-AM on the morning before the first episode was aired! To top it all, Sean has his Interceptor audition on tape, which lasts for about 5 minutes and consists of him flying around and ad-libbing. Sounds cool!

Anyway, thats it! I'm going away now to reflect and to start work! :-)

Wednesday 2 December 1998:
WOW!!!! Its not every day that a film/tv star calls you at home - especially one who happens to be a particular favourite, but that is exactly what happened to me this afternoon. Yep - the man himself - Sean O'Kane - called me at home. As you can imagine I thought it was some kind of joke, but it really was him.

We had a really cool little chat. Now that its a few hours since he called, I'm sure it was just a dream! :-)

The best part was the main topic of conversation. Unfortunately, I don't know at this stage which bits I'm allowed to tell you, but as they say - All will be revealed. I'll sort it out the next time he calls which he will be doing in the next couple of weeks. There is lots more I wish I could brag.....er I mean tell you about, but I daren't....YET! :-) Stay tuned. I think I should point out that the excitement isn't due to a new series of Interceptor or anything like that - I don't want to build your hopes up in that respect.

I won't forget this day in a hurry anyway. My phone bill will be enormous by the time I finish telling
everyone! :-)

Thursday 29 October 1998:
Forum updated.

Tuesday 27 October 1998:
Forum entry added.

Tuesday 13 October 1998:
I've been a bit slack with the updates lately, so I've just put up four brand new pictures. You lucky people! :-)

Sunday 11 October 1998:
A great Interceptor week this week - lots of people using the mailing list at last. You're not a member?? Quick, join in before you miss all the action.

I've just put up another forum entry from another new fan.

Tuesday 29 September 1998:
Sorry about the lack of updates recently. I've just started a new job which eats into my spare time more than my old one used to. Oh well.

Tonight's episode of Dream Team on Sky One was pretty good - Sean featured in it quite a bit - even wearing a longcoat again (not leather).

I've just added another forum entry.

Sunday 13 September 1998:
I've replaced the old intro page with something a little smarter. If you've bookmarked a page other than http://www.innotts.co.uk/~chart, then you might want to replace it with one for the new page. Its not important at the moment, but I've got plans for a shockwave introduction, plus site news information - all accessible from the first page.

Friday 11 September 1998:
I just saw the entire Robbie Williams video for `Angels`. It features some awesome shots of G-MEAN's sister 109, G-TELY. There is also a glimpse of the old Treasure Hunt comms Jetranger, G-SPEY.

Thursday 3 September 1998:
So, has anyone seen Sean in Dream Team on Sky One? :-) I think his part could get quite interesting. I'll be posting a couple of pics of Sean in his new role soon.

It appears that Sean has signed my guestbook again - thanking me for my intense scrutiny of his career! :-)

Last bit of news is that my website has a new award! The award of excellence! :-)

Thursday 13 August 1998:
Quite a bit of news!!.

First of all, it appears that Sean isn't Sean O'Kane's real name. His sister tells me that he is in fact called John!!

I've just added the 99th forum entry - so who's going to make it the 100 then eh? :-)
Finally and perhaps the most exciting bit of news is that the September issue of `Empire` magazine has a half page feature about Interceptor. You may want to buy it just for the two nice Interceptor pictures, or you could just read the article which is available on the press clippings section of the Concept page.

Sunday 9 August 1998:
I like it!!!!!! I've just had a forum entry from Sean O'Kane's sister in Australia!! :-)

Monday 3 August 1998:
Big news! Sean O'Kane is apparantly working on a new series called `Dream Team`. It will start on Sky One on 1st September. See the forum for more details.

Saturday 25 July 1998:
I've just uploaded the new John West MPG I promised - featuring Sean O'Kane. Download it, its great!! :-)

Friday 24 July 1998:
I've now added the rest of the old usenet posts to the forum page.

I have the new Sean O'Kane commercial on tape and hopefully will be able to put a copy up over the
weekend. Stay tuned! :-)

New picture added.

Thursday 23 July 1998:
I like it!! I've just seen Sean O'Kane in yet another commercial - this time for John West tuna would you believe! :-) If you're a Sean O'Kane fan, then I'm sure you'll love it as much as I did! He plays a meanie and there are some cool Interceptoresque facial expressions.

Whilst browsing through DejaNews the other night, I found a total of 79 posts in the REC.ARTS groups - having been posted over the last few years. I will be transferring them all to the forum page shortly. Its a long winded process, but I've made a start. There are ten posts there now - I'll be adding more over the weekend.

Friday 17 July 1998:
It has been brought to my attention that Lee Beckett has e-mailed a few of you to inform you that I intend to remove this site next year. It was just an idea I was toying with. In the year and a half that this site has been present, I have received many e-mails from various people around the country, and one from the USA! I've also had the pleasure of seeing my guestbook signed by the main man himself - Sean O'Kane.

I was just starting to feel that maybe the renewed interest in Interceptor was beginning to die off again. I haven't received an email from anyone new in a while and my guestbook hasn't been signed in months. I often speak to Lee Beckett through ICQ and I just thought I would gauge his reaction. He obviously feels very strongly! :) Lee mentions in his mail that I said I would like to hear from people other than Lee. As I say, many people have contacted me and complimented me on this site - I didn't want those people to think I was ungrateful. I merely meant that in recent months, I only seem to be hearing from Lee. Anyway - the site now has a preservation order on it - and it stays! At least ITV can't axe this site like they did Interceptor!

Anyone who lives in the South West may be interested to know that Castle Air are offering trips in both an Agusta 109 and a Jetranger this weekend. It is £30 per adult, £25 per child. There is some kind of tall ships festival in Falmouth, and Castle Air are offering to show you the ships from the air. I would have LOVED to have gone!!! A ride in G-MEAN's sister helicopter G-TELY would be unreal!! And who knows - it could even be piloted by Mikie!! If anyone goes, please let me know how it was! See Castle Air's website for more details - www.castleair.co.uk.

Did anyone else see Annabel Croft on last week's `The Big Ticket`? :-)
