Something
told me to record the first episode. I'm glad I did now! I recorded
all eight, which I still have today. When
I was first introduced to the Internet at a local CyberPub in 1995, I
was keen to find any information about Interceptor or people who
remembered it. I came away disappointed and continued to believe I was
the only person who enjoyed Interceptor. A
year or so later I decided to `get connected` at home and within the
first few months on-line, set about creating my own Interceptor web
site. The first site was published in 1997 and ever since I've
received numerous e-mails from like-minded fans of the show who all
seemed genuinely delighted to have found some Interceptor information
on the net.

Little
did I know what a master stroke creating the site was! It has since led to me meeting
a contestant, Clive Harris, the Interceptor's pilot Michael
Malric-Smith and the man
himself, Sean O'Kane. Sean has visited on a couple of occasions
providing me with material to create and maintain
a site for him at www.seanokane.com.
Sean calls me or writes to me from time to time to check on the site and to keep
me up to date.
Although it started as a hobby, the
skills I gained creating the Interceptor site launched me into a web design/development career.
