Mark continues to jog through
the streets of Hay-on-Wye, looking for the bridge to meet up with Sue.
Mikie provides the
Interceptor with final directions into the town and
then streaks off to find the contestants.
Sue grabs her key suspended
from the bridge and clambers ashore. (17)
Mark reaches the bridge, but
Sue is nowhere in sight. They are on opposite sides
of the river.
The Interceptor arrives in
Hay-on-Wye where he is directed by Mikie to turn
right on to the bridge over the river. He spots Mark
on the bridge and skids to a halt, before striding
after the rapidly retreating contestant. (18)
